GoalIQ Account And Data Deletion

Request deletion of your GoalIQ account data.

Use this page to request deletion of your GoalIQ account-linked data, including Firebase Authentication account data, leaderboard profile data, referral data, multiplayer records, messages, and cloud-stored profile images where applicable.

How to request deletion

  1. Open the official GoalIQ Google Play listing.
  2. Use the developer contact email shown on the listing.
  3. Send a message with the subject GoalIQ account deletion request.
  4. Include the email address used to sign in to GoalIQ and, if available, your in-game display name.

What will be deleted

  • Your Firebase Authentication account, after ownership is verified.
  • Account-linked leaderboard, prestige, referral, multiplayer, notification, and message records controlled by GoalIQ.
  • Profile image files stored for your GoalIQ account.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, completed transactions, aggregate analytics, or ad network reporting. Data that is not linked to your account or cannot reasonably identify you may remain in aggregate form.

Processing time

Deletion requests are reviewed after verification. Account-linked data is normally deleted within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law, security review, or provider limitations.
